High-quality white chocolate (couverture) for making and decorating candies, chocolate bars and other desserts. Cocoa butter content 28%. The chocolate has a balanced caramel and vanilla taste. Very creamy, melts quickly. Thanks to the high fat content, it flows well and stays liquid for a longer time. Perfect for tempering by seeding method.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring.
