High-quality milk chocolate (couverture) for making and decorating truffes, chocolate bars and other desserts. Cocoa content 35%. Very soft, rich and balanced taste, not too sweet. One of the best milk chocolates we’ve ever tried! Excellent fluidity due to high fat content. Perfect for tempering by seeding method.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla and flavoring.

Store at a temperature of 4 – 22C, away from sunlight, at a dry place.
