How to store our truffles?

Storage conditions for truffles and chocolate

Our truffles are made from natural heavy cream, butter, nuts, berries and fruits. Since no preservatives have been added to the products, attention should be paid to their storage:

  • warm weather and high temperatures are the number 1 enemy of the chocolate. Never leave chocolate products in the sun or in a room with a temperature above 24 °C
  • don’t leave truffles in the car unless you want to find a box of hot chocolate instead of candy later
  • the best storage place is a dark plase or shelf where the sun does not shine. The optimal storage temperature is 16-22 °C
  • we guarantee that the truffles remain fresh for up to 12 weeks at a storage temperature of up to 22 °C.
    Storing in the refrigerator extends the shelf life up to 5 months

A couple of times customers have sent us a photo of truffles with mold in the center.

Yes, if they are not eaten in time, bacteria and fungi will do it instead of people.
