Here is the information about shipping and delivery

The order is accepted for processing after 100% payment. The order will be completed and shipped within 12-48 working hours after receiving confirmation of payment.

We want you to receive your items as quickly as possible, in the freshest and most undamaged condition. Due to the fact that the chocolate may melt or, conversely, freeze upon delivery, we offer only the Express Shipping option. No Economy shipping option is available.

In the warm summer season, when packing, we use special thermal bags to protect your chocolate from overheating.

We ship globally and deliver packages by courier (door-to-door). We do not ship to P.O boxes.

EU Shipping – 1-2 business days
USA, UK, Canada – 2-3 business days
Rest of the world – 2-4 business days

We do not currently ship to Russia, Belarus. Shipping to Ukraine may take longer time that estimated.

Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout.

Please pay attention that we are shipping from EU (Estonia). If a receiver is located outside the EU, you might need to declare the parcel so additional duties and taxes may apply.

Please note that despite our best efforts and the methods we use in packaging, chocolate may melt if you live in an area where daytime temperatures exceed 30C (Celcius). We cannot guarantee the safety of chocolate at extremely high temperatures. In this case, you’d better refrain from buying.
If your candies have melted, we don’t take responsibility and do not refund money for the goods.

If your package is delayed in transit or cannot be delivered due to force majeure, we are not responsible for the delay.

If your package is lost, arrived damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. Attach photos, if you can take them, describe the problem. We will answer you within 24 hours: info@chocelite.shop
